A new five-bedroom single family house, located in the village of Bridgehampton, Long Island. The floor plan strives to maximize light and ventilation while the L-shaped configuration embraces a private courtyard, which includes a pool and guesthouse. The overall massing of the house was kept to one and a half stories in direct response to the size of the neighboring houses.
