A 2000 sq ft addition to one of Concord’s riverfront Victorians.
The new additions attempt to knit together in both stylistic and programmatic terms the original house with its new spaces. These spaces include a new kitchen and pantry, a combined dining and living room, a mudroom, a master bedroom and bath as well as a second floor laundry.
A new two-story garage with living quarters above was constructed adjacent to the house.
