Woodland House
Weston, MA

Situated in a woodland glade overlooking a pond, this new single-family home has 4000 sf of finished living space on two levels and additional unfinished attic and basement space for future development. The project incorporates many universal and sustainable design features, providing the clients with a completely accessible, energy-smart and comfortable home. An interest in American Colonial and Japanese architecture lead to a unique personal blend of styles, with the Japanese influence expressed in the informal family areas of the house and colonial details used for more formal elegance in the entertaining areas.
