A new, two-story, two and a half-car garage with guest quarters above attached to a Victorian house in Newton.
The program also included an addition to the house to accommodate utility spaces such as a side entry and mudroom as well as a pantry/laundry.
The topography required extensive site-work to sensitively integrate the new structures into the mature and well-developed landscape and gardens.
