The interior floor is limestone from the French quarries used in the Louvre, Paris. A pyramidal skylight with interior sun screen provides indirect day lighting. The space is climate controlled with radiant heating, humidifier and air conditioning.
The addition was integrated with exterior terrace, fountain and landscaping.
