A new 1800 square foot barn supports several recreational uses, including basketball, soccer and the ability to entertain large groups. The objective was to have a large interior volume with an exterior scale that fit
comfortably with the existing buildings on the site. The gambrel roof and use of steel framing allows for a large unobstructed interior, with a second floor loft at one end. Traditional barn detailing and color are used.
